What a fantastic day out!

Showcasing our COAST funded Day Trips for those over 50 years young!

Bringing a sense of community and connection

We certainly turned heads today as our day trippers set off to Bracelet Bay in the Mumbles aboard a 1950s double-decker! Huge thanks to our driver Bob of No. 447, John & Colin, and all the team at the Swansea Bus Museum & Transport Heritage Centre.

Living well

Days like these are what our Habitat Homecare trips are all about. Supporting wellbeing, connection, and happy moments out in our local community.

Thanks to COAST funding

Our Habitat Homecare Day Trips are made possible by Welsh Government COAST ‘Here for You This Winter’ sourced through Swansea Council.
